Some evening appointments on Tuesdays are available. Daytime appointments currently offered on Tuesday (virtual) and Saturday.

 

Location: Most sessions are currently offered virtually, with in person availability on Saturday afternoons. Physical office space is located at 111-645 Fort Street, Victoria, BC (click here for map). Street parking is available on Fort and neighbouring streets and first hour free parkade parking is available on Yates Street. The office building is equipped with an elevator. 

 

Rates: Session fees are $200 and are based on a 50 minute session. Payment is accepted at the beginning of each session in the form of cash or cheque or e-transfer. Receipts will be provided.

 

Cancellation policy: As your appointment time is reserved just for you, please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise the regular appointment fee will be charged.

 

Coverage: Some extended health plans cover the services provided by a Registered Psychologist. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if your plan provides the coverage of a Registered Psychologist. It can also be helpful to inquire about your deductible and the percentage of each session visit covered, and the limit of total coverage available annually.

Income tax deductions: Canada Revenue Agency accepts tax deductions for medical professionals, including Registered Psychologists.
