Some evening appointments on Tuesdays are available. Daytime appointments currently offered on Tuesday (virtual) and Saturday.

 

Location: Most sessions are currently offered virtually, with in person availability on Saturday afternoons. Physical office space is located at 281 Stewart Ave., Victoria, BC (click here for map). Parking is available for free in a lot directly beside the building. There are three stairs for entry into the building, and no current wheelchair access. There is a private gender neutral washroom on site.

 

Rates: Session fees are $220 and are based on a 50 minute session. Payment is accepted at the beginning of each session in the form of cash or cheque or e-transfer. Receipts will be provided.

 

Cancellation policy: As your appointment time is reserved just for you, please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise the regular appointment fee will be charged.

 

Coverage: Some extended health plans cover the services provided by a Fully Licensed Psychologist. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if your plan provides the coverage of a Fully Licensed Psychologist. It can also be helpful to inquire about your deductible and the percentage of each session visit covered, and the limit of total coverage available annually.

Income tax deductions: Canada Revenue Agency accepts tax deductions for medical professionals, including Fully Licensed Psychologists.
